  The audio files are good...enthusiasm comes across. I really liked MP3 audio files 5 and 6, very solid advice...good anecdotal material and easy to understand examples. 

I did learn some new things. Pat Necerato's preference for weight training before cardio seems to run counter to many, but he explains his reasons well. The Anti-Suicide Success-ercise was good.
